The Construction of Cooperative Office Systems in Party and Government Organizations

目前,我国一些省市的党政机关协同办公系统已由系统开发阶段步入试点运行阶段。办公系统的推广应用将加快推进电子政务系统建设,实现资源共享,确保党政机关跨系统、跨部门、跨地域信息的畅通,促进各部门内部及部门之间协同作业的规范化。论述了党政机关协同办公系统建设要点和网络构成情况。

At present, some Cooperative Office Systems in party and government organizations have proceeded to a trial operating period after a system development phase. The running of the COSs will step up the construction of e-government affair by realizing resource sharing, ensuring the smoothness of trans-system, trans-departmental and trans-regional infor- mation linking and standardizing the collaborative operation inside the department and among different departments. This paper discusses key points of the system construction and the system＇s network composition.
