发挥服务平台作用 鼓励引导服务青年创业就业

On How to Stimulate and Guide the Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation by Service Platforms

创业就业问题是一个长期性战略课题,是政府各级职能部门关心、社会关注、青年关切的重大现实问题。伴随着全球金融危机、产业发展和技术升级,"挤出"效应和替代劳动力需求将进一步加剧就业紧张的形势。分析了当前青年创业就业存在的问题,列举了依托服务平台,促进青年创业就业的举措,指出青年创新创业服务平台应以组织、服务为依托,全力推动青年就业创业工作,努力务实地促进青年创业就业。

As one of the long-term strategic tasks, business startup and employment have always been a major realistic issue which attracts a wide range of attention from different levels of government departments, the society and the youth. With the spreading and deepening of the global financial crisis, the development of industries and technological up- grades, the ＂extrusion＂ effect will be strengthened and substitute labor demands will be formed, thus further aggravating the strain of employment situation. Existing problems of youth entrepreneurship and innovation were analyzed and relative measures by way of service platforms were introduced in this paper. In the end, it points out that the platforms should vig- orously promote the youth entrepreneurship and innovation through the backup of organizations and the content of services.
