摘要
联合国教科文组织对教育有着深厚情怀,而教育公平又是其关注的重要话题。在第38届教科文组织大会上通过的《教育2030行动框架》再次强化这一主题。该框架所规定的总体目标和子目标中都渗透着对教育机会、教育过程和教育结果公平的期待,同时又为解决这些问题规定指示性策略和方法,从国际、国家、家庭和个体角度分析了促进教育公平面临的挑战。
UNESCO has deep feelings for education, and education equality is an important topic to its atten- tion. This theme was reinforced in "Education 2030 Framework for Action" which was adopted at the 38th UN- ESCO General Conference. The overarching goals and sub-objectives of the framework are permeated with the e- qual provisions of educational opportunities, a fair description of the educational process and educational results. Meanwhile,the framework put forth the indicative strategies and methods to solve these problems about inequalities and analyzes the challenges to promote education fairness at home and abroad.
