摘要
自20世纪90年代末以来,在《教育:我们的未来》的方向指引下,赞比亚政府不断完善以国家大型选拔性考试为主体的评价制度,启动了多次国家质量调查,积极参与国际性和区域性的评价项目,努力推动学校层面的校本评价和持续性评价,初步建立起"区域、国家、学校"三重维度的基础教育质量评价体系。赞比亚基础教育评价的未来发展将更多地立足于促进评价者的能力建设,下沉评价主体,建立以学习者为中心的评价,切实提升学校教育质量。
Since the end of 1990s,Educating Our Future provided a guideline of the Zambian education quality assessment. The government involved in a certain international and regional assessment programs, actively promoted the school-based assessment as well as improved the national competitive examination as the main body of the assessment system. The three dimensions of state, regional and school-based assessment system came into being. In future, the educational assessment will be more built on improving the institutional ability-building and the body-sinking in practice as well as the establishment of learner-centered assessment.
