摘要
剑桥大学教师个人与专业发展中心作为英国最早的教师发展机构之一,围绕个人发展、专业发展、教学发展和组织发展四个维度,开展教师发展项目,致力于促进教师全面发展,满足教师的个性化需求。该中心在项目设置、经费保障、运行机制等方面的成功经验为完善我国高校教师发展工作具有借鉴意义。
Center for Personal and Professional Development in Cambridge University is one of the oldest faculty development agencies in U.K. Surrounding personal development, professional development, teaching de- velopment and organizational development, the center has conducted many kinds of development programs aimed at promoting teachers' overall development. Studying the center's successful experience in project settings,expen- diture guarantee, operational mechanisms will help us to strengthen and perfect our country' s faculty development.
