摘要 利用日益成熟的互联网技术,对农村小水电进行集成远程监控,可以有效提高农村小水电运行管理水平,降低小水电站的运行成本。为此,研制了集小水电发电机组调速、励磁、控制保护及电量与非电量采集于一体的综合控制模块;开发了低成本的小水电站微机监控系统;并开发了基于Windows系统的水电站监控Web Service,利用互联网实现小水电站的远程集中监控和远程设备维护。通过实际运行,该系统性能稳定、实时性强、满足远程监控要求。 The use of increasingly sophisticated Internet technology for small rural hydropower integrated remote control can effectively improve the operation and management of rural small hydropower, and operating costs of power plants can be reduced. For this reason, an integrated control module has been developed with a set of small hydropower generators governor, excitation control, control protection signals, as well as the electric quantities and the non-electric quantities acquisition. At the same time, a Web Service monitoring system of small hydropower stations has also been developed on Windows Platforms, realizing remote centralized monitoring and remote equipment maintenance of small hydropower station by means of network. The system is run by actual testing, stable performance, strong real-time, meet the requirements of remote monitoring.
