摘要 采用ANSYS有限元方法对减速器渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮进行分析计算。利用三维软件Solid Works建立齿轮的实体模型,并将简化后的模型导入ANSYS中,选用Solid 45作为齿轮的单元,得到齿轮的有限元模型。然后对齿轮进行模态分析,分别对大齿轮和啮合齿轮进行仿真分析,计算出了齿根弯曲应力和齿面接触应力。有限元分析结果表明,齿轮满足设计要求。 Finite element analysis using software ANSYS was performed to calculate the involute helical gear of a reducer. The 3-D entity model of the gear was set up using the software Solid Works. The simplified model was imported into ANSYS, choosing of the element of Solid 45, the finite element model was set up through the software ANSYS. Then modal analysis of the gear was completed, in order to get the results of tooth root bending stress and tooth face contact stress of the gear, a large gear and the meshing gear were analyzed by finite element method. The results show that the gear is well satisfied with design requirements.
