摘要
复杂行星轮系是由简单的轮系按一定的方式组合而成,计算其传动比时,需要列出方程组进行求解,方法较为繁琐,而且对轮系传动的分析也较为复杂,不容易理解。当量轮系方法从分解传动的思路出发,将含有差动轮系的传动系统分解成两个当量分路传动,每个当量分路又可以看成是由若干个简单行星轮系或定轴轮系串联而成,便于传动比的计算和传动分析。最后通过一定的合成方法将两个当量分路传动比进行合成,从而得到整个系统的传动比。该方法分析复杂行星轮系传动,思路清晰,易于理解。
A complicated epicyclic gear train can be considered as a gear train including several simple gear trains. It is a little difficult to get its transmission ratio with too many equations and to understand the complicated analyzing for transmission. The method divides the whole drive system, which includes differential gear train, into two equivalent drive systems, each of which has simple epicyclic gear trains and fixed axis gear trains, connected one by one, making it easy to calculate and analyze. The transmission ratio of whole system can be obtained by combing the two rations of the two equivalent drive systems. This method of analysis is clear and easy to understand.
