摘要
VVER连接柄是控制组件中最重要的部件之一,属于整体结构型的复杂零件,要求采用机械加工方法对径向翼进行加工。在考虑工件受力以及加工应力变形的基础上,对加工中心铣削工艺进行了优化,设计了装夹定位方式,细化了加工工艺步骤,制定了中间工艺尺寸,加工出了合格的连接柄产品,顺利实现了VVER连接柄国产化。重点对加工难度最大的连接柄的CNC铣削工艺和镗孔工艺进行了分析。
Spider, the key component of the VVER cluster control assemblies, is complex product with integral structure. The vanes of spider adopt the new technique of milling. Based on the analysis of the cutting apply force and deformation of spider, we optimize the milling technique for CNC, design the new fixture, improve the step of processes, draft the dimensions of middle technique, and then machining the qualified spider, realize mass production. This paper detailed analyzes the most complex technique of milling and drilling for CNC.
