中国中小企业科技创新创业服务体系的构建

Science and Technology Innovation Service System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

随着我国新一轮产业结构的调整,科技创新被提升到战略发展的层面,科技创新为中小企业的创业和发展提供了便利的条件。不过,中小企业科技创新创业发展存在重重阻碍,科技创新创业服务体系还有待完善。因此,从中小企业科技创新创业外部环境和内部运行机制出发,探讨了我国中小企业走科技创新之路所面临的各种各样的问题,对科技创新服务体系的建设和运行机制进行了研究,并给出了切实可行的合理化建议。

With the implementation of China＇s innovation-driven development strategy,the advantages of technology innovation and entrepreneurship of small and medium enterprises gradually highlight.At present,many obstacles exist in technology innovation and entrepreneurship development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.The innovation of science and technology innovation service system needs to be perfected.This paper will start from technology innovation of external environment and internal operation mechanism,discusses the existing problems in the development of China＇s small and medium-sized enterprise technology innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for promotion.
