摘要
新中国成立后,我国白酒业的发展也迎来全新的篇章。在建国初的35年间,我国的酒企经过了合并重组、技术创新发展、品牌打造等几个重要的阶段,为后续的发展奠定了坚实的基础。从1985年开始,我国白酒业迎来了较为快速的发展时期,主要有骨干龙头企业的快速发展、区域名优品牌的崛起、创新技术的深度开发、调整期及"黄金十年"繁荣期。近30年的发展,已使得白酒业成为了我国重要的国民经济增长点,并且在科研、人才队伍建设、产业集群打造、质量安全等方面取得了明显成效。
With the founding of the PRC, Chinese Baijiu industry entered a new historical stage. In the first 35 years after the founding of the PRC, Chinese Baijiu enterprises went through merger, reorganization, technical innovation and brand- building, which laid a solid foundation for future development. After 1985, Chinese Baijiu industry entered a period of fast development. In this period, leading Baijiu enterprises developed rapidly, regional brands sprang up, new technology was developed, and Chinese Baijiu industry enjoyed a ten-year"golden age". In the last 30 years, Chinese Baijiu industry has contributed greatly to China's economic growth, and achieved remarkable success in scientific research, personnel training, industrial cluster construction and quality safety management.
