白酒生产过程中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质迁移规律的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 以湖南湘窖酒业有限公司白酒生产为研究对象,采用气质联用法(GC-MS法)分别对白酒发酵程度、输贮酒器材、过滤方式、贮存时间与温度等对邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)含量影响进行探讨。结果表明,随着发酵程度的推进,DBP、DEHP的含量有逐渐增加的趋势;输贮酒用塑料制品对PAEs含量有一定影响;活性炭对PAEs具有一定的吸附能力,在一定的范围内,活性炭剂量越大,对PAEs吸附力越大,但活性炭过滤次数对PAEs的去除影响并不明显;贮存时间延长与温度升高,PAEs含量有增加的趋势。模拟试验条件下,PET和BSB材质塑料制品迁移量明显不同。因此,设备选型与生产管理是控制PAEs的两大关键因子。 The effects of liquor fermenting degree, liquor transportation storage apparatus, liquor filtration modes, and liquor storage time temperature on PAEs content were investigated by GC-MS(liquor produced in Xiangjiao Distillery Co.Ltd. as the research object). The results showed that, with the increase of liquor fermenting degree, DBP and DEHP content increased gradually; plastic transportation storage products had certain influence on PAEs content; active carbon could absorb some PAEs, and higher dosage of active carbon within certain range had higher absorption capacity of PAEs, however, the filtration times of active carbon had no significant effects on the removal of PAEs; the extension of liquor storage time and temperature rise might increase PAEs content. Under simulation test conditions, there was significant difference in PAEs migration amount between PET and BSB plastic materials. Accordingly, proper selection of apparatus and production management were the two key factors for the control of PAEs.
