摘要 针对公司使用小麦、玉米、木薯混合原料生产酒精的特性,通过小试及生产实验,对液化预热工艺进行改进,充分利用废热,节约蒸汽;浓缩蒸发冷凝水用于混合粉拌料,节能减排。实现了企业清洁生产,提高了经济效益,每年为公司节约成本约1400万元。 In our company, wheat,corn,cassava were used as mixed raw materials to produce alcohol. Through small-scale test and production test, liquefaction preheating technology got improved as follows: reusing waste heat to reduce steam consumption, and using condensate water for blending mixed powder to save energy and reduce emission. Such technical improvement could achieve clean production in enterprise and increase economic profits(saving production cost of 1.4 million CNY annually).
