摘要
为探明温水去雄处理对甘蔗杂交后代杂种真实性的影响效应,本研究在进行甘蔗有性杂交前利用50℃温水对甘蔗母本粤糖91-976及桂糖92-66的花穗浸泡5 min后,将其分别与父本粤糖93-159及粤糖91-976的花穗进行杂交,利用SSR分子标记对其杂交后代的杂种真实性进行鉴定。结果表明,温水去雄可有效减少甘蔗杂交制种过程中的自交过程,提高杂种率。
In this study,female sugarcane parent's tassels were immersed in hot water( 50 ℃,5 min),and then they crossed with male sugarcane parents' s tassels. SSR molecular marker was used to checkup the hybrids in the progenies population. The result suggested that emasculation by hot water could reduce self-fertilization during the hybridization process,and consequently the proportion of hybrids could be increased effectively.
