摘要
探明广西柳江生姜根际土壤丛枝菌根(AM)真菌的分布状况,为广西生姜AM真菌资源保护和优势菌株的筛选及开发利用提供参考。采集生姜健康植株和姜瘟病株根际5~20 cm土样,采用湿筛倾析—蔗糖离心法分离土壤中AM真菌孢子,并通过形态特征进行鉴定。鉴定出7种类型AM真菌孢子,其中无梗囊霉属5种,球囊霉属2种。供试生姜根际土壤AM真菌群落中,无梗囊霉和球囊霉属占优势,双网无梗囊霉、细凹无梗囊霉、格但无梗囊霉、摩西球囊霉、Acaulospora sp.1为健康土样与病土共有种,而脆无梗囊霉和地表球囊霉为健康土样的特有种。
In order to obtainfundamental informationofmycorrhizal fungi resources inginger field soil,to select and utilize the elite AM fungi strains,the distribution of arbuscular mycorrhizal( AM) fungi was investigated in rhizospheric soils grown withboth healthy and Pseudomonaa solanacearuminfected ginger plants in Liujiang,Guangxi. The rhizospheric soil samplesof 5- 20 cm from surface were collected,and AM fungal spores were separated using wetting sieve decantation and sucrose centrifugation method,and identified on the basis of morphological characteristics of the species. Seven spore species of AM fungi including 2 Glomus,5 Acaulospora were identified in the soil samples. Acaulospora and Glomuswere dominant in the testedginger rhizospheric soils. Acaulospora bireticulata,Acaulospora excavate,Acaulospora gedanensis,Glomus mosseae and A. sp. 1were found in the soils grown with both healthy and Pseudomonaa solanacearum infected ginger plants,and Acaulospora delicate and Glomus versiformewere found only in the soils grown with healthy rhizospheric soil.
