摘要
以提取过茶多酚的茶叶——"茶渣"作为主料栽培姬菇(Pleurotus spp.),设计包括对照(CK,主产区常用栽培基质配方)在内的7个栽培基质配方处理,开展栽培出菇试验研究。结果表明,配方4处理(50%茶渣)的鲜菇单产(0.733 kg/袋)最高,高出CK(0.464 kg/袋)0.269 kg/袋;生物学效率(97.69%)最高,高出CK(74.24%)23.45%;栽培鲜菇利润(0.72元/袋)最高,高出CK(0.05元/袋)0.67元/袋;且子实体含有茶多酚成分。由此可得,采用50%主料茶渣的配方4处理栽培能取得较好经济效益,可在姬菇的生产上示范应用。
Teadust,the tea leaf after tea-polyphenol extraction were used to replace traditional materials for Pleurotus spp. Cultivation in the present study. Six formulae were developed,and the fruiting rate on each formula was tested. The results showed that the Formula-4( containing 50 % teadust) could offer the highest yield( 0. 733 kg / bag) in the mushroom production,higher by 0. 269 kg / bag in comparison with the CK( 0. 464 kg / bag). Meanwhile,the highest biological efficiency( 97. 69 %) was achieved by the Formula-4,higher by 23. 45 %compared with the CK( 74. 24 %). The profits of cultivation for fresh mushroom( 0. 72 yuan / bag) reached the highest level,higher by 0.67 yuan / bag than the CK( 0. 05 yuan / bag). The fruiting bodies produced by this formula contained tea-polyphenol. We believe that using the Formulation-4 with the key ingredient of 50 % teadust can result in a better economic efficiency,and can be used in the demonstration of Pleurotus spp. production.
