云南黄金走廊烟叶品质特点分析

Quality Characteristics Analysis of Tobacco Leaf in Yunnan ‘Golden Corridor'Tobacco Growing Areas

对云南黄金走廊烟区烟叶样品与国内河南、湖南等浓香型烟叶产区样品,贵州、山东等中间香型产区样品,福建清香型产区样品和丽江、昭通、德宏等云南省内非黄金走廊产区烟叶样品从外观质量、物理特性、化学成分和风格特征等方面进行了比较分析。结果表明,云南黄金走廊烟叶颜色桔黄,成熟度好,色度强;单叶重较大,含梗率较低,拉力稍小;淀粉、多酚、钾含量较低,莨菪亭、丁内酯、苯甲醇、苯乙醇、芳樟醇、氧化异佛尔酮、β-二氢大马酮、新植二烯含量较高,烟叶具有典型的清香型风格特征,清甜香、果香、花香、酸香香韵突出。

Appearance quality,physical characteristics,chemical component and organoleptic quality were compared between tobacco leaves from Yunnan‘Golden Corridor＇tobacco growing areas and traditional high quality tobacco growing areas such as Henan,Guizhou,Hunan,Shandong,Fujian and Lijiang,Zhaotong,Dehong in this paper. Tobacco leaves of Yunnan Golden Corridor area have good maturity,orange color,higher leaf weight,lower stem percentage and lower stretching force. The content of starch,polyphenols and potassium are lower than other high quality tobacco growing area,while the content of scopoletin,butyrolactone,benzyl alcohol,phenethyl alcohol,linalool,Oxi-isophorone and neophytadiene are higher. The leaves have typical mild style with outstanding fresh sweetness,fruity,floral and acidic note.
