摘要
图书馆焦虑是一种对于图书馆不舒服甚至恐惧的心理反应,严重影响用户对于图书馆的正常使用,从1986年被Mello教授发现,一直被认为普遍存在于图书馆用户当中,严重阻碍了用户的思维发展。笔者根据一些相关调查研究发现,高校普遍存在图书馆焦虑问题,从用户和图书馆这两个主观因素和客观因素来分析引起图书馆焦虑问题的原因,认为图书馆焦虑问题还是应该从图书馆这个客观因素着手解决,并同时提出了相对的解决策略,以期待减缓图书馆焦虑问题带来的影响。
Library anxiety is a mental phenomenon of uncomfortable feeling or even inimical sentiment experienced in library.It is a serious psychological barrier hindering users' access to library and first reported by professor Mello in 1986,which commonly exists around users of library and is harmful for users in obtaining information and thinking.This paper analyzed the origin of library anxiety based on investigation from university libraries by focusing on two aspects,including subjective factor from users and objective factor from libraries,and proposed the related solutions from the view of objective factor to release the influence of library anxiety.
