基于投入产出比的高校图书馆用户满意度分析——以华南农业大学图书馆为例

Analysis on user Satisfaction of University Library Based on Input-output Ratio——A Case Study of South China Agricultural University Library

投入产出比率有两部分,一部分是投入图书馆的资产资源,一部分是投入资产资源的产出,以用户满意度代表投入资产的产出。通过运用投入产出率对用户满意度的调查,更科学合理地计划和使用现有经费,通过用户反馈的信息进行完善和改进,提升用户满意度,实现高校图书馆的低耗。

The input-output ratio includes two parts：input of library assets,and output of library assets mainly represented by user satisfaction.Based on the analysis of user satisfaction survey by using the input-output ratio,it could more scientifically and reasonably plan and better use the existing funds.Through the feedback information of users,it could improve the service and enhance user satisfaction,thus achieving library management with lower consumption and higher efficiency.
