摘要
近年来,随着经济水平的提升,高校图书馆也在社会发展中寻求改革,其中改革的重要一项就是人力资源。有效地开发和管理人力资源是高校图书事业发展的关键因素。以目前高校图书馆人力资源现状为切入点,在此详细分析了图书馆人力资源开发与制度创新对策,以供参考。
In recent years,with the improvement of economic level,university library has also sought for reform in the social development,one of which is human resource.Effective development and management of human resource is the key factor in the development of university library.Taking the current situation of human resource in university library as the starting point,this paper analyzed the strategies of human resource development and institutional innovation to provide some reference.
