芪苈强心胶囊辅助治疗冠心病合并左心舒张功能不全的临床效果

The clinical observation of Qiliqiangxin capsule on coronary heart disease and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊辅助治疗冠心病左心舒张功能不全的临床效果。方法纳入2014年4月一2015年2月青岛大学医学院附属医院心内科收治的冠心病合并左心舒张心功能不全患者62例。采用随机数字表法分为观察组31例,对照组31例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊治疗,疗程6个月,治疗前后应用超声心动图测量左心房内径(LAD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、二尖瓣舒张早期血流与二尖瓣环运动速度比(E/E)、左室射血分数(LⅦF);同时测定血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平,并进行比较分析。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(74.2%vs.51.6%,P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗6个月后LAD、工VEDD、E/E、NT-proBNP均下降,LVEF值升高(P<0.01),且观察组较对照组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规药物联合芪苈强心胶囊可明显改善冠心病左心舒张性心功能不全者的心功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease with diastolic dysfunction.Methods Sixty-two cases of coronary heart disease combined with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in department of Cardiology,Qiingdao University Medical College Affiliated Hospital from April 2014 to February 2015 were enrolled.By using the method of random number table,31 cases were divided into observation group and 31 cases in control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group based on the conventional treatment also added with Qiliqiangxin capsule,the course of treatment was 6 months.Before and after treatment,left atrial diameter（LAD）,left ventricular diastolic end diastolic diameter（LVEDD）,mitral diastolic early flow and mitral annulus velocity ratio（E/E＇）,left ventricular ejection ejection fraction（LVEF） were measured with ultrasound;simultaneous determination the level of plasma N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide precursor（NT-proBNP） and did the comparative analysis.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（74.2%vs.51.6%,P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment,after 6 months of treatment,LAD,LVEDD,NT-proBNP,E/E＇were decreased in both of the two groups,LVEF value increased（P 〈0.01）,and the observation group improved significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The heart function of conventional medicine combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule could significantly improve coronary heart disease patients with left ventricular diastolic heart dysfunction.
