摘要
内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)是肝、胆、胰腺疾病最重要的诊治手段之一,目前已经广泛应用于临床,术后胰腺炎(PPEP)是ERCP术最常见的并发症,有较高的发病率和病死率。将相关文献研究进行回顾,对术后胰腺炎的诊断、危险因素及预防措施方面进行总结。
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP） is the most important means of diagnosis and treatment for the liver,pancreas and bile duct disease.Now it has been widely used in clinical,postoperative pancreatitis（PEP） is the most common ERCP complications,high morbidity and mortality.This paper is to review the relevant literature and summarize the diagnosis,risk factors and preventive measures of postoperative pancreatitis.
