摘要
提出一种可以快速解算盾构机掘进姿态的方法,采用一静一动两台全站仪进行数据采集,有效降低了盾构姿态解算时频繁换站造成的影响。利用随盾构机同步运动的全站仪对目标棱镜实时监测,可以快速完成对所有棱镜的识别与测量。同时引入倾斜仪数据作为限制条件,通过大角度旋转坐标转换和联合平差,显著提高了盾构姿态解算精度。
This paper presents one lighting method and system on calculating shield tunneling posture.We use two total stations to collect data,which addresses the impact of moving the station frequently when the shield posture is surveyed.At the same time,moving the dynamic station with the shield can recognize and measure all target prisms quickly,which are monitored all the time.In the shield posture solution,large rotation coordinate conversion and combined adjustment can greatly improve the accuracy of shield posture by introducing inclination angles as a constraint.
