衔接卫生高职校德育教育与职业技能教育的方法探析

Analysis on the Methods of Linking the Moral Education and Vocational Skills Education in Higher Vocational Schools

由于社会环境、社会现实状况发生了巨大变化,社会不仅对卫生高职校的职业技能教育水平要求更高,而且对德育教育提出了全新的要求。面对新环境新要求,作为培养高素质、硬技能人才的卫生高职校如何将德育教育与职业技能教育有效的衔接起来直接关系到学校的整体教学质量、教学水平,关系到学生的成长成才。本文着重分析当前卫生高职校德育教育与职业技能教育衔接面临的困境以及如何将两者有机结合起来,力争为卫生高职校的优秀人才培养添砖加瓦。

Because of the social environment and social reality,great changes have happened. The society not only is a higher level of vocational skills education in health vocational school,but also put forward new requirements for moral education. This paper focuses on the analysis of the current health vocational school moral education and vocational skills education convergence dilemma and the organic combination,and strives to the talents of health vocational school culture building blocks.
