摘要
早在2003年,中国开始采取应急法律体系的建设,经过多年的发展我国的法律体系逐渐完善。其中我国主要有以下三部应急救援体系大法:一是《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》,二是《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》,三是22部不同部门的规章制度。一直以来我国都通过这几部大法解决各种突发情况,其中包括汶川地震。本文主要阐述了我国应急救援法律体系的发展以及现状。
As early as 2003,China began to take the construction of emergency legal system. After many years,development of China＇s legal system is gradually improving. Our country mainly has the following three emergency rescue system of law： Emergency Response Law of the People＇s Republic Of China; Emergency Regulations on Public Health Emergencies; 22 different departments of rules and regulations. Our country has through the Ministry of law to solve all kinds of emergencies,including Wenchuan earthquake. This paper mainly expounds the development and current situation of China ＇s emergency rescue legal system.
