美国政府加快乡村师资建设的举措及启示——以20世纪90年代以来为例

摘要 乡村师资建设是关系到一国教育能否全面发展的重要环节。美国政府近些年在乡村教师选拔、完善培养标准、健全乡村教师准入资格制度,加强各项政策支持等方面多措并举,稳定了乡村教师队伍,促进了乡村教育的发展,对我国乡村教师队伍建设提供了参考和借鉴。 The construction of rural teachers is related to an important part of a country's education of round development. US government all these years is doing the work of rural teacher selection,perfecting culture standards,improving access for rural teachers qualification system,and strengthening the policy support,etc. We take measures to stabilize the rural teachers,and promote the development of rural education,rural teachers to China provide a reference for the construction.
