摘要
针对由于认知偏差,导致学生评教过程中出现学生敷衍、教师排斥的现象,本文以控制论为指导,提出在前馈控制视阈下,从源头上引导师生树立正确的评教观念,把关注于评教结果的视角前移,转变为突出评教前师生认知偏差的矫正和疏解,以期达到正本清源的效果和营造课堂教学质量意识的文化氛围。
To the cognitive bias that results in the phenomenon of perfunctory rejection of teachers for students in the process of teaching evaluation,this paper takes control theory as a guide and puts forward that students should establish a correct evaluation of teaching concept from the source in the perspective of feed- forward control and advance the visual angle of teaching evaluation results into the prominent cognitive bias correction and ease between teachers and students before the teaching evaluation in order to achieve radical effect and create the cultural atmosphere of classroom teaching quality consciousness.
