对高校法学教育进行研究是推动法学素质教学改革的需要,也是实现法学改革的关键。随着国际形势和社会发展的变革,法学的教学内容和教学方式也应该随之改革,不断适应社会现实发展的需要。本文将重点来分析目前高等院校法学教育的现状,找到目前法学教学中存在的问题,并在充分把握高等法学教育发展方向的基础之上,来实现对如何提高法学教学改革的探讨,以此为高等法学教育的实现开辟途径。

The research on the law education in universities is the need to promote the reform of the quality of the law,and also the key to the reform of the law. Along with the change of the international situation and the social development,the teaching content and teaching methods of law should be reformed,so as to meet the needs of social development. This paper will focus on the analysis of the current situation of higher education law education,find the problems in the current teaching of law,and fully grasp the development direction of higher education development,to realize how to improve the reform of the teaching of law,so as to achieve the development of higher education of law.
