摘要
大连市是著名的时装城,拥有众多的服装企业以及服装商业销售机构,但随着服装行业转型,从生产厂家向品牌经营发展大力发展,现有的服装企业管理模式和技术能力都不能适应企业发展的需要。随着大连服装行业高等职业技术教育的发展,需要建立一个校企双方受益的信息化教学平台,改变传统服装职业教育中员工必须到培训场所脱产学习的现状。信息化教学平台的建设在研究过程中逐步形成,在实践环节逐步完善,提升专业能力,加快大连市服装企业的发展。
Dalian city is a famous fashion city,has many clothing enterprises and clothing business sales organizations,but with the transformation of the apparel industry,from the production of manufacturers to develop brand management,the existing garment enterprise management mode and technical capabilities are not adapted to the needs of enterprise development. With the development of garment industry in Dalian vocational and technical education,need to set up a school enterprise benefit both the informationization teaching platform,change the present situation for staff in traditioanl clothing vocational education to study in full- time training places. The construction of information teaching platform has gradually formed in the course of the study,and gradually perfected in the practice process,improve the professional ability,and accelerate the development of Dalian garment enterprises.
