基于专业群建设的高职英语教师专业学习共同体构建研究

On the Construction of Mutual Community of Professional Learning for Higher Vocational English Teachers based on the Professional Group Construction

专业群建设近年来已成为高职院校增强内涵建设的一个重要切入口,它对增强专业的市场适应力、提高学校办学效益、提升学校核心竞争力都起着积极作用。但专业群建设对教师的专业素质及其发展也提出了更高的要求,这种要求对于英语教师来说更是一个不小的挑战。以教师自愿为前提,以"分享、合作"为核心精神、以促进学生学习和教师发展为目标的专业学习共同体,为专业群建设下的高职教师专业发展开辟了一条新路径。

In recent years,higher vocational colleges have begun to focus on the construction and development of professional group,which plays an active role in promoting specialty＇s market adaptability,enhancing efficiency of college management and strengthening college＇s core competitiveness. But the professional group construction presents higher requirements for the teacher＇s professional quality and development,which is a big challenge for vocational English teachers. Professional learning community,which is established on the core spirit of sharing and collaboration and for the purpose of improving students＇ learning and teacher＇s development,paves a way for the professional development of higher vocational English teachers under the construction of professional groups.
