甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年Ⅱ型糖尿病效果观察

Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined with Acarbose in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Type U Diabetes

目的：观察甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年Ⅱ型糖尿病的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2008年5月～2015年5月本院诊治的110例老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者临床资料，按照不同治疗方式分为两组（各55例），对照组选择甘精胰岛素治疗，研究组选择甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后血糖指标（FBG、2hPG及HbAlc）、胰岛素功能指标（PCP、FCP、HOMA-IR及HOMA-B）均较治疗前改善，其中研究组改善幅度显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年Ⅱ型糖尿病效果显著。

OBJECTIVE： To observe the curative effect of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly type Ⅱ diabetes patients. METHODS： 110 elderly patients with type Ⅱ diabetes from May 2008 to May 2015 in our hospital were retro- spectively analysed. They were divided into two groups according to different treatments, 55 cases in each group. The control group received insulin glargine. The study group accepted insulin glargine combined with aearhose. The clinical curative effect between the two groups were compared. RESULTS： The FBG, HOMA -IR, 2hPG and insulin function （PCP, HbA1C, FCP and HOMA -B） in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement in the study group was signif- icantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Insulin glargine combined with acarbose has good effect in the treatment of elderly patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.
