摘要
过敏性疾病在全球范围内严重影响公共健康，目前老年过敏性疾病发病率约5％～10％，并且呈持续上升趋势。老年人免疫功能随年龄增加出现减退，导致机体对外源性抗原难以形成保护性免疫应答，发生上皮屏障受损和Th2型免疫反应。了解老年人免疫系统的改变以及老年人过敏性疾病的免疫学特征，可为临床诊断与治疗提供理论基础和科学依据。本文对三种老年过敏性疾病（变应性鼻炎、过敏性哮喘和过敏性皮炎）及其免疫学状态进行综述。
Allergic diseases are serious public health disease worldwide. Currently the prevalence of allergic diseases in the eld- erly ranges from 5% - 10% and appears to be rising. Immune function of the elderly has gradually decreased with age, leading to dif- ficultily form protective immune responses against exogenous antigens, epithelial barrier defects and Th2 immune response. To under- stand the changes of the immune system and the immunological characteristics of allergic diseases in the elderly could provide a theoret- ical and scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper reviews three kinds of elderly allergic diseases （ allergic rhini- tis, allergic rhinitis and allergic dermatitis） and immunological status.
