摘要 目的:观察鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂在绝经后骨质疏松患者中的治疗效果及骨密度和骨转换指标的变化情况。方法:将80例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组40例和实验组40例。对照组采用阿仑膦酸钠治疗,实验组使用鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂治疗,疗程均为6个月,比较2组疗效及骨密度和骨转换指标的变化。结果:治疗前,2组骨密度变化、血Ca和血P水平差异不显著;治疗后,实验组血ALP、血BGP、尿Ca/Cr、尿HOP/Cr、尿DPD/Cr,显著低于对照组。结论:鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂能抑制绝经后骨质疏松患者骨吸收,增加骨量,值得推广使用。 Objective: To observe the salmon ealcitonin nasal spray in patients with osteoporosis in post-menopausal changes in bone density and treatment and conversion metrics. Methods: 80 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and 40 cases of the experimental group. The control group wi alendronate treatment, the experimental group using salmon calcitonin nasal spray treatment, a course of six months, the two groups compare changes and bone density and bone turnover markers. Results: The difference between the two groups before treatment bone mineral density was not significant (P〉0.05), two blood Ca and P levels of blood was no significant difference (P〉0.05), the experimental group after treatment blood ALP, serum BGP, urinary Ca/Cr urine HOP/Cr, urinary DPD/Cr, significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The salmon calcitonin nasal spray can inhibit bone resorption in postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis, increase bone mass, should be introduced.
