清热止痛汤联合刺络放血拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Qingre Zhitong Decoction Combine with Bloodletting and Cupping in Treating Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察清热止痛汤联合刺络放血拔罐对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将54名确诊患者随机分为实验组和对照组各27例,实验组清热止痛汤联合刺络放血拔罐,对照组甲钴胺及维生素B1口服,3周后进行疗效评价。结果:实验组有效率81.48%,对照组有效率55.56%,实验组优于对照组。结论:将刺络拔罐与清热止痛汤相结合应用于带状疱疹神经痛治疗,可提高疗效和治愈率,

Objective：To observe of the curative effect of Qingre Zhitong decoction combine with Bloodletting and Cupping in ＇treating Postherpetic neuralgia. Method： 54 diagnosed patients were divided into two groups. The experi- ence group will be given Qingre Zhitong decoction combine with Bloodletting and CUpping, and the control group will be given Mecobalamin Tablets and Vitamin B1.The evaluation was done after three weeks. Result： The efficiency of experience group was 81.48 % ,and the efficiency of control group was 55.6%. Conclusion： The curative effect of Qingre Zhitong decoction combine with Bloodletting and Cupping in treating Postherpetic neuralgia is better.
