针刀松解术结合穴位埋线治疗慢性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupotomy Lysis Combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Treating Chronic Gastritis

目的:观察针刀松解术结合穴位埋线治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将112例慢性胃炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组57例针刀松解术配合穴位埋线治疗,对照组55例常规西药治疗,治疗14d后比较2组临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率96.5%,对照组有效率85.5%,观察组优于对照组。结论:针刀松解术结合穴位埋线治疗慢性胃炎临床疗效明显,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Acupotomy lysis combined with acupoint catgut em- bedding on patients with chronic gastritis. Methods： 112 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 57cases in observation group arid 55 cases in observation group. The observation group were treated with Acupotomy lysis combined with acupoint catgut embedding; The control group using electro-acupuncture treat- ment. After treatment, the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the treatment is 96.5% and the control is 85.5%. Two groups of curative effect comparison, with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The clinical curative effect of acupotomy lysis combined with acupoint catgut embedding on patients with chronic gastritis is distinct, and it is worth clinical application.
