肝豆状核变性患者嗅觉功能检测

Olfactory function test in patients with Wilson's disease

目的:观察肝豆状核变性患者嗅觉功能改变情况。方法:选择2012年1月—2014年1月在安徽中医药大学第一附属医院脑病一科住院的肝豆状核变性患者40例,分为脑型和肝型2组,每组各20例。应用五味嗅觉测试液检测2组患者嗅觉察觉阈值(DT)和嗅觉识别阈值(IT),并比较各组差异。结果:20例肝型肝豆状核变性患者中,16例嗅觉功能检测(包括嗅觉察觉阈值和嗅觉识别阈值)基本正常,4例存在嗅觉功能障碍;20例脑型肝豆状核变性患者中,3例无异常,17例存在嗅觉功能障碍;脑型患者嗅觉功能检测评分(包括嗅觉察觉阈值和嗅觉识别阈值)均明显高于肝型(P<0.05)。结论:肝豆状核变性患者嗅觉功能减退与基底节变性可能有一定的相关性。对相关机制的研究有助于提高对肝豆状核变性的全面认识。

Objective： The aim of this study is to investigate the olfactory function in patients with Wilson＇ s disease. Methods：40 patients, affected with Wilson＇ s disease, were assigned to neurological and hepatic groups, each contain- ing 20 patients. The olfactory detection and identification thresholds were detected by method of five odors olfactory detection arrays in two groups and compared between the two groups.Results： The olfactory detection and identification thresholds of 16 patients in hepatic group were normal, but 4 cases with olfactory dysfunction. The olfactory detection and identification thresholds of 3 cases in neurological group were normal, but 17 cases with olfactory dysfunction. And the olfactory detection and identification thresholds test score in neurological group were significantly higher than those of hepatic group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： There may be some correlations between olfactory dysfunction and basal gan- glia degeneration in patients with Wilson＇ s disease. The study＇of the related mechanism is helpful to improve the com- prehensive understanding of the Wilson＇ s disease.
