耳穴压豆缓解人工全髋关节置换术后切口疼痛临床观察

The Therapeutic Effect Observation of Auricular Acupoint Pressing in Relieveing Pain after Total Hip Replacement

目的:观察耳穴压豆缓解人工全髋关节置换术后镇痛的疗效。方法:将72例人工全髋关节置换术后患者随机分为对照组和实验组各36例。对照组常规镇痛治疗、健康教育指导;实验组在对照组基础上给予行耳穴压豆治疗。术后均采用VAS疼痛评分法进行疼痛评估,观察2组疼痛缓解效果。结果:麻醉清醒后6h、12h、24h、48h实验组VAS疼痛评分与对照组比较,实验组优于对照组。结论:耳穴压豆能有效缓解全髋关节置换术后患者疼痛,疗效显著且成本低廉,资源充足,操作简单、安全。

Objective：To observe the effect of auricular acupoint pressing（AAP）in alleviating the pain after total hip replacement. Methods： 72 cases of patients received total hip replacement were equally randomized into the AAP group and the control group,with 30 case in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional analgesic therapy and health education guidance; on the basis of the control group,the patients of observation group were given treatment of au- ricular acupoint pressing. The VAS pain scores was used to observe the effect of pain-relieving in the two groups. Results： The effect in Treatment group is significantly higher than that in control group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： auricular acuPoint pressing can effectively relieve the pain after total hip re- placement with its obvious curative effect, low, cost, sufficient resources, simple manipulation and hizh safetv.
