肌层浸润性膀胱癌经典新辅助化疗方案的进展 被引量：3

摘要 单纯行手术治疗时,肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者易出现远处转移,提示术前已存在微转移灶.新辅助化疗有助于清除术前微转移灶,实现肿瘤降期甚至病理完全缓解,改善手术疗效,从而提高患者生存率.以往常用的是以顺铂为基础的MVAC方案,然而较严重的毒副作用限制了该方案的广泛应用,最终一系列新型化疗药物的引入使术前化疗变得更加高效且低毒.现将肌层浸润性膀胱癌新辅助化疗的一些常用方案和新方案的研究进展作一综述.
