MicroRNA在高血压导致的肾损伤发生发展中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 高血压在全球范围内都有较高的患病率与死亡率,而肾脏是高血压最常累及的器官之一.microRNA是小的非编码RNA,已被证明参与多种病理生理过程,包括细胞生长、分化、增殖和凋亡等.近年来有研究发现microRNA在高血压引起的肾脏损伤的发生发展中发挥作用.
