中西医结合治疗正己烷中毒致周围神经病变临床观察 被引量:4

Clinical Observation on Integrated Chinese-western Therapy in Treatment of Peripheral Neuropathy Caused by N-hexane Poisoning

摘要 目的观察丹七软胶囊联合鼠神经生长因子治疗正己烷中毒致周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将正己烷中毒致周围神经病变患者92例随机分为两组。对照组给予营养神经、康复训练综合疗法。治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹七软胶囊和鼠神经生长因子联合用药。观察两组临床疗效,临床症状和体征改善情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率91.3%,高于对照组的80.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的临床症状和体征评分均较对照组低,治疗组的麻木、痛觉障碍、位置觉减弱、下肢肌力减退和肌肉萎缩症状和体征改善结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗正己烷中毒致周围神经病变临床效果显著,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Danqi Capsule combined with mouse nerve growth factor in treatment of peripheral neuropathy caused by n- hexane poisoning. Methods 92 patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by n- hexane poisoning were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,46 cases in each. The control group received comprehensive therapy of nerve nutrition and rehabilitation. The treatment group receive combination therapy of Danqi Capsule combined with mouse nerve growth factor on basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect,clinical symptoms and signs improvement were observed. Results The clinical efficacy rate of treatment group( 91. 3%) was higher than that of the control group( 80. 4%),and the result had statistical significance( P〈0. 05).Clinical symptoms and signs score in treatment group were lower than control group. The improve results of clinical symptoms and signs on numbness,pain disorder,topoanesthesia,lower limb muscle strength loss and muscle atrophy of treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect with peripheral neuropathy caused by n- hexane poisoning treated by Danqi Capsule combined with mouse nerve growth factor was significant,and worth further promotion in clinical practice.
