复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓通胶囊对青光眼术后患者视功能的影响

Effects of Xueshuantong Capsule Combined with Compound Anisodine on Visual Function in Patients after Glaucoma Surgery

目的观察复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓通胶囊对青光眼术后患者视功能的影响。方法 144例原发性青光眼非穿透性小梁手术后患者随机分为两组,对照组术后予以复方血栓通胶囊口服,治疗组加用复方樟柳碱注射治疗30d后观察疗效。并于6个月后随访,比对两组患者术后及6个月后视力、总灰度值及F-VEP波峰值等视功能指标改善情况,记录其眼压、睫状后短动脉(SPCA)的血流阻力系数(RI)、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)及舒张末期流速(EDV)等血流参数变化差异。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);6个月后两组患者视力水平均较术后显著提升,总灰度值及F-VEP波峰值则较术后显著降低(P<0.05),其中治疗组患者各视功能指标改善幅度大于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,两组患者PSV及EDV水平均较T1时显著提升,且治疗组增幅大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行非穿透性小梁手术的原发性青光眼患者给予复方樟柳碱联合复方血栓通胶囊疗法,可有效改善其术后视功能,对提高其生活质量具有积极意义。

Objective To observe the effects of compound anisodine combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule on the visual function of the patients after glaucoma surgery. Methods 144 patients（ 144 eyes） with primary glaucoma after non penetrating trabecular surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received compound Xueshuantong capsule,the treatment group received injection of compound anisodine combined with oral compound Xueshuantong capsule. Observe the Chinical effects affer treatment of 30 d. Compare the postoperative immediate（ T1） and during the follow- up period（ T2） of vision,the total gray value and F- VEP wave peak of visual function improvement,record its intraocular pressure（ IOP）,posterior ciliary short（ SPCA） artery blood flow resistance coefficient（ RI）,systolic peak flow velocity（ PSV） and diastolic differentia of the parameter changes of end diastolic velocity（ EDV） flow among of both groups in follow- up appointment affer 6 months＇ treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）; visual acuity levels of T2 in both groups were significantly improved compared with T1,the total gray value and F- VEP wave crest value decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）. The visual function in patients of treatment group were improved to a greater extent than patients in control group（ P〈0. 05）; the levels of EDV and PSV of T2 in both groups were significantly higher than those in T1,the increase in treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compound anisodine combined with compound Xueshuantong capsule in treatment of non penetrating trabecular surgery of primary glaucoma can effectively improve the postoperative visual function,has positive significance to improve the life quality of patients.
