益骨汤治疗肾虚兼气血不足型骨质疏松症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yigu Decoction in Treatment of Kidney and Blood Deficiency Type of Osteoporosis

目的观察益骨汤对肾虚兼气血不足型骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将126例骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组。治疗组服用益骨汤;对照组服用维生素D加钙片。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后各项指标均得到改善,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组的各项指标均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);中医症候的总有效率两组无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组的显效率47.6%显著高于对照组的30.2%,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药益骨汤对肾虚兼气血不足型骨质疏松症具有显著的治疗作用,且优于单纯的钙制剂治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yigu decoction in treatment of kidney and blood deficiency type of osteoporosis.Methods 126 cases of osteoporosis were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group（ 63 cases） took Yigu decoction; the control group（ 63 cases） took Vitamin D and calcium. After 6 monthes of treatment,BMD,serum OPG and RNKL,liver and kidney deficiency symptoms and the efficacy of clinical symptoms of both groups were compared. Results Compared with before treatment,the indicators had improved after the treatment with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; compared with the control group,the indicators of the treatment group had improved after the treatment with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; the total efficiency of TCM symptoms had no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,while the effective rate of 47. 6% in treatment group was significantly higher than 30. 2% of the control group,the data was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yigu decoction has significant therapeutic effect on kidney and blood deficiency osteoporosis,is superior to purely calcium preparation treatment.
