党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央从坚持和发展中国特色社会主义全局出发,提出和形成了"四个全面"战略布局和战略思想。"四个全面"是党治国理政方略的顶层设计和发展中国特色社会主义的战略擘划;"全面建成小康社会"战略思想进一步丰富了中国特色社会主义发展目标理论;"全面深化改革"战略思想进一步丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义发展动力理论;"全面依法治国"战略思想进一步丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义法治建设理论;"全面从严治党"战略思想进一步丰富和发展了中国特色社会主义政治保证理论。总之,"四个全面"多方面地深化和拓展了对中国特色社会主义的认识,是中国特色社会主义理论体系的最新成果。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping and the CPC Central Committee have brought forward and formed the ＂Four Comprehensives ＂ strategic blueprint and strategic thoughts from the overall deployment of holding on and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. The＂Four Comprehensives＂is the top- level design of the Party＇s governance strategy and the strategic plan for developing socialism with Chinese characteristics; the strategic thought of ＂comprehensively finishing the building of a moderately prosperous society＂has further enriched the development goal theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics; the strategic thought of ＂comprehensively deepening the reform＂has further enriched and developed the development dynamics theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics; the strategic thought of ＂comprehensively implementing the rule of law＂has further enriched and developed the rule of law building theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics; and the strategic thought of ＂comprehensively strengthening party discipline＂has further enriched and developed the political guarantee theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In a word,the ＂Four Comprehensives＂has deepened and expanded our cognition of socialism with Chinese characteristics from various aspects,being a new component of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
