井冈山斗争时期毛泽东对红军政治宣传工作的探索

从"三湾改编"到"古田会议",毛泽东在对红四军加强全面政治建军的过程中,在军队政治宣传工作方面也进行了艰辛的探索和伟大创造。他首先认识到了思想政治宣传工作的重要性和必要性,而后着手解决这一问题,在军队内部创建党领导下的专门专人专职负责的系统的宣传机构和制度体系。即使对一些较为微观层次的问题,也给予了足够重视,提出了解决问题的新办法,且方法灵活,内容多样,反映了毛泽东在党的宣传工作方面的大智慧。

From the＂Sanwan Reorganization＂to the＂Gutian Meeting＂,Mao Zedong,when strengthening the political army building in the Fourth Red Army comprehensively,conducted arduous exploration and great creation in the work of political propaganda in the army. He first recognized the importance and necessity of ideological and political propaganda and then set out to solve this problem,and created systematic propaganda organs and systems consisting of dedicated personnel and positions in the army. He also paid enough attention to some micro problems,and brought forward new flexible,diverse methods to solve these problems,reflecting his great wisdom in respect of the Party＇s propaganda.
