强化以公道正派为核心的组工干部队伍作风建设

To Strengthen the Building of Organization Work Cadres' Working Style Centering on Fairness and Integrity

坚持公道正派是组织部门贯彻党的基本理论、基本路线、基本纲领、基本经验的一个具体体现,也是党的任人唯贤路线所决定的。因此,强化组工干部队伍作风建设就应该以公道正派为核心。针对当前组工干部作风建设存在的主要问题及原因分析,加强组工干部作风建设就应让组工干部做到:严守政治纪律和政治规矩,这是坚持公道正派的起码要求,也是做到公道正派的重要保证;做求真务实的模范,公道正派的"公"与"正",根本上还是要靠我们对事业、对工作、对同志的"真"与"实"来体现;要敬业奉献,敢于担当;要解放思想,开拓创新,组工干部要坚持公道正派,就必须用发展的眼光审视组织工作,用创新的精神推动组织工作,使各项工作都能体现时代性、把握规律性、富于创造性;要廉洁自律,把纪律和规矩挺在前面;严格工作规范,每一项工作由谁来做、该怎么做、做到什么程度、做好做坏如何奖惩,都要有明确的规定。

Persisting in fairness and integrity is a concrete embodiment of the organization sector ＇s carrying through the Party＇s basic theories,basic lines,basic outlines,and basic experiences,and it is also determined by the Party＇s line of appointing cadres according to their merits. Therefore,strengthening the building of organization cadres＇ style should be focused on fairness and integrity. Based on analysis of the main problems in current style building of organization cadres and the corresponding causes,we should strictly observe political discipline and political rules,for these are the basic requirement and important guarantee for persisting in fairness and integrity; we should be models in seeking truth,for fairness and integrity must be embodied in our being true to our cause,work and comrades; we should devote ourselves to work and dare to assume responsibilities; we should emancipate our mind and keep on innovation,because organization cadres,for persisting in fairness and integrity,must examine the organization work with the vision of development and promote the organization work by the spirit of innovation so as to embody the characteristics of the times,grasp the regularities and keep being innovative; we should be honest and self- disciplined,and strictly adhere to discipline and regulations; we should perfect working specifications,and explicitly specify who,how,to what degree,with what rewards or punishment,to do every job.
