摘要 食品安全是国家经济安全的重要组成部分。新中国成立以来在食品安全方面取得了巨大成就,食品安全总体平稳并不断进步。但也存在不少问题。应采取以下治理对策和措施:(1)提高认识,提升素质;(2)健全制度,完善法规;(3)严格执法,严惩违规;(4)建立预警系统,实行全程监控;(5)增加投入,改善条件;(6)加强科研,加大研发;(7)加强国际合作,促进共同发展;(8)协调配合,齐抓共管。 Food safety is an important part of the economic safety of a country. Since the establishment of the new China,we have made stable advancement and great achievements in food safety. However,there still exist not a few problems. We should adopt the following countermeasures: 1) improving our understanding of and qualities in food safety; 2) completing the relevant laws,regulations and institutions; 3) strictly implementing the laws and severely punishing illegal activities; 4) establishing early warning system and performing whole- process monitoring; 5) increasing input and improving conditions; 6) strengthening research and development; 7) enhancing international cooperation and promoting co- development; and 8) realizing the coordination and reasonable division of authorities and responsibilities among relevant governing authorities.
