摘要
电力系统状态估计是利用实时量测系统的冗余性,应用估计算法来检测与剔除坏数据。通过状态估计可以保证调度技术支持系统中"四遥"数据的准确性。本文为提高鹤壁地区电网状态估计遥测合格率,分析了影响状态估计遥测合格率的原因,并提出了改进措施。
Though the redundancies of real-time measurement system, the power system state estimation is used to detect and eliminate the bad data by estimation algorithm. The accuracy of the "four remote" data from scheduling technology support system is ensured by the state estimation. In order to improve the qualified rate of the Hebi regional power network state estimation, the influences are analyzed and a series of improvement measures are proposed.
