“四步法”三维编织底盘的发展现状及新思路

摘要 编织底盘是实现"四步法"编织工艺、完成复合材料预制件成型的重要装置。日益复杂的预制件,对底盘上编织纱线的灵活性提出了越来越高的要求。目前应用最为广泛的纵横步进编织底盘很难满足变截面等预制件的编织需求;"主动携纱器"虽然能提高编织纱线运动的灵活性,但其结构复杂难以在实际中应用;Farley和穿梭板编织机可以实现对任意编织纱线运行路径的控制,但织物外形依然受编织底盘形状的限制。针对以上问题及工程中预制件的编织需求提出了由独立运载单元组成编织底盘的思路,该运载单元拥有动力和通信控制装置,可朝任意方向移动,为编织纱线提供了最大限度的自由,可以实现不同形状预制件的编织,突破了底盘形状的限制。 Weave chassis was considered to be the important devices that used to form composite performs using four-step weaving process. Knitting yarns of chassis was demanded to be more and more flexible because of the increasingly complex performs. At present,the most widely used track-and-column braiding chassis is difficult to meet the demand of forming variable cross-section performs; although the flexibility of weave yarns have been improved, " active yarn carrier" was difficult to apply in practice for its complex structure; despite the ability to control the path of any weaving yarns,performs shape were still suffered the restrictions of farley and shuttle plate braiders appearances. To solve the above problems and meet the demand in actual weaving process,the idea to constitute a chassis with independent carrier was presented. Possessing power and control device,this kind of carrier can be moved in any direction. This made the maximum freedom to be achieved by weaving yarn,performs in different shapes to be formed and the restrictions of chassis appearance to be broken.
