试析成人教育与终身教育的内在联系

On the Internal Relations Between the Adult Education and Lifelong Education

随着终身教育理念的提出,我国的成人教育获得了快速的发展。在此背景下,对终身教育和成人教育之间的关系进行针对性的研究,探讨两者之间的内在联系,进而树立终身教育理念、提升成人教育管理水平、充分运用社会公共资源,促进成人教育的可持续发展。

At present,with the idea of lifelong education,the adult education in China has gained rapid development. In this context,this paper makes a research on the relationship between lifelong education and adult education and aims to explore the internal relations between the two. This article points out that it is an optional way to establish the concept of lifelong education,to improve the management level of adult education,to make full use of social and public resources in order to promote the development of adult education.
