终身学习视域下高职教学体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Higher Vocational Education System from the Perspective of Lifelong Learning

在产业转型升级的今天,为及时掌握新的知识技能,满足不断变化的岗位需求,终身学习成为个人可持续发展的必然选择。以职业需求为导向的高职教育,更需要在终身教育学习的理念下开展。文章分析了终身学习同高职教育之间的关系,以终身学习为视角,提出了高职教学体系构建的原则,并从目标体系、内容体系、资源保障体系和评价体系四个方面对教学体系构成要素进行解析,希望能够对高职教学体系的构建与完善提供一定的帮助。

In the current trend of industrial transformation and upgrading,it＇s an inevitable choice for the individual sustainable development to master new knowledge and skills to meet the changing job requirements. Guided by the professional requirements,the higher vocational education should be carried out under the concept of lifelong education study. This paper analyzed the relationship between lifelong learning with vocational education,put forward the principles to build vocational education system based on the perspective of lifelong learning. Moreover,it also analyzed the teaching system elements from the four aspects as the target system,the content system,the resource protection system and the evaluation system,hoping to provide some references for the construction and improvement of the vocational education system.
